Co-curation and Exhibition Design with Neyran Turan

The premise of this exhibition grew from original research and design work interested in discovering new relationships between modern architecture and urban contexts.  Partner Elena English and I compiled architectural research and formatted the material into a consistent graphic language to create an even plane of comparison while maintaining a chronological narrative.  The geometry of Anderson Hall’s second floor gallery bridge was utilized to organize a circulating display at eye level.  Hung from the ceiling with wire and thickened with blue foam, the exhibition intercepted audiences and literally reflected contributors’ work into a seamless narrative of investigation.
